Amputation Prevention
Non-healing wounds on the legs or feet—or pain that wakes you at night—can be warning signs of severe circulation problems. Without treatment, these symptoms can progress to tissue loss or amputation. But for many patients, amputation isn't inevitable. If you've been told your options are limited, it's worth a second opinion.

Dr. Torrent works with The Longstreet Clinic and has offices in Gainesville and Braselton, GA.

Dr. Torrent offers the full range of treatments for limb-threatening circulation problems—from traditional surgical bypass to minimally invasive stents and advanced catheter-based techniques. For patients whose blockages can't be treated with standard approaches, he performs specialized procedures including percutaneous bypass (PTAB) and deep vein arterialization (TADV), a breakthrough option for those told nothing more can be done.
Dr. Torrent performed the first TADV procedure in Georgia and remains the only surgeon offering it in the state outside of Atlanta. He serves as a national instructor, training other surgeons in this technique. Patients travel from across the state to explore whether it might be right for them.
