Conditions

We treat the full spectrum of vascular disease including arterial and venous pathology. We also offer wound care as wound issues are often related to underlying problems with circulation. The below list is not exhaustive but lists some of the more common conditions we treat.

Aortic aneurysms pose a risk of rupture which can be life threatening. When small they can be safely managed but as they grow we offer endovascular as well as standard surgical repair.

Peripheral arterial disease is a broad category from disease with only mild symptoms to severe disease with non-healing wounds and severe pain. We offer medical management as well as endovascular and standard surgical interventions.

Disease of the carotid artery can lead to an increased risk for stroke. We offer carotid endarterectomy as well as advanced stenting procedures when the disease poses a high risk.

Venous disease is very common and can lead to swelling and discomfort as well as the development of wounds. We offer medical management as well as procedural interventions for issues throughout the venous system.

Dialysis Access

For patients with renal failure we offer fistula/graft creation as well as maintenance procedures needed to keep the access functioning properly.

Wound Care

Many lower extremity wounds have underlying arterial or venous problems which prevent healing. We perform wound care in our clinic and can also assess and treat the underlying problems that are preventing healing.
